Usage Instructions
Using the Ab Wheel is simple, but to achieve the best results and avoid injury, please follow these steps:
1. Preparation Position
· Choose a flat surface, preferably on a non-slip mat.
· Kneel on the floor with your toes touching the ground and your knees shoulder-width apart.
· Grasp the handles of the Ab Wheel firmly, placing the wheel on the floor directly below your shoulders.
2. Perform the Rollout
· Start from the preparation position, keeping your back straight and your core tight.
· Slowly push the Ab Wheel forward, keeping your arms straight, and extend the wheel away from your body until you feel a stretch in your abs. Be careful not to let your back sag.
3. Return to Starting Position
· Control the movement as you pull the Ab Wheel back to the starting position, maintaining tension in your abdominal muscles.
· Repeat the steps, aiming for 10-15 repetitions per set for beginners, with 3 sets in total.
Precautions
· Keep your back straight throughout the exercise, avoiding arching or sagging to prevent back injury.
· Breathe evenly, inhaling as you roll out and exhaling as you roll back.
· Beginners can practice with shorter distances and gradually increase the range as strength improves
